Molly Moon **** by: Georgia Bynes

I found this book at home when I was just looking around the cupboards and I found this book. When I realized it was part of the Molly Moon series, I thought that I should read it because my sister said it was really good.

This book is all about Molly and her best friend Rocky, who get stranded all the way to the nineteenth-century India. Molly is a girl with great hypnotic skills and her great hypnotic master dog.They got whisked there by some time-traveling "maharaja's" and petnapps Petula as part of a crazy plan to stop Molly ans her ever learning amazing hypnotic skills.Molly has to find out a way to stop the crazy Maharaja and she has to master the art of time travel before it is too late to for the future.

I would recommend this book to a normal standard type of reader as at some parts it can get a little confusing, something about this book is that you have to read the first book because all of the books will refer to the last adventure so it could get confusing if you start from a different book.

The Clique Massie, Lisi Harrison, *****

This is actually a really good book! This is all you will need to know about it to make you want to read it :)

Some background information:

Massie is a really rich girl, she is a leader to the school, a girl that everyone wants to be friends with and especially a trend former. Massie is a girl that likes to be a leader so she is actually really bossy and mean but inside all she really wants to be is the leader. She started this group called the Pretty committee and she is the 'Alpha' of OCD and the pretty committee. This story all begins when it is the summer holidays....

About the story:

Massie has been in a really special and expensive horse riding school and she is proud of being in front of every single Horse 'n' me magazine, until she cheats in the contest and gets kicked out. Her parents want her to learn that life is not about designer everything and her life is just like money grows on tree's, so she has to get a summer job to learn and 'pay' back her parents for spending that money on her and wasting it.

She starts this makeover company inspired by a very interesting brand, and started to advertise it by visiting LBR's ( loser beyond repairs) to give them a makeover by her products, soon she goes to each houses to give them makeovers, she also starts to get the brand that inspired her the owner wants to see her, then there are things that happen conflicts, and she soon learns that beauty is not out side its inside too. Once she learns that, she felt very guilty so she quitted in the make up brand and started to be a "normal" kid again!

I think this is a really good book, there is a whole series of them and if you think you know how to read acronyms then I think this is a great book for you (that's why I gave it 5 stars!!!)

Midnight by: Jacqueline Wilson *****

Midnight is a really good book. This is what its all about!

Violet is the main character of this story. Violet has ALOT of wishes like, she wishes she had a friend, she wishes she could meet her favourite author, Casper Dream and especially she wants to tell her brother the horrible truth about him. then comes along this girl, Jasmine. She is really pretty, kind, and Gothic. Her parents were divorced and she lives with her dad, her dad is a actor so she is pretty rich. Violet is all about fairies, she has collections of fairy Figures and she is excellent at sewing. Violet and Jasmine soon become really good Friends, best friends in fact, while other things have been happening with Violet not noticing like Will, her older brother has been admiring Jasmine and things don't turn out always how you would like it even if its your dream come true.

The title Midnight came because it resembled something to do with fairies and Casper dream. Casper dream is Violets favourite author. Casper Dream has something to do with the word Midnight because all of Violets most magical things happen at midnight, like Casper Dream sends her a letter, her brother sews all the fairies back, ( because Violet had a fight with Jasmine and her brother so she gets mad and rips her fairies and snaps them...Ouch!)

I think this is a book I would recommend to any types of readers because its not too hard or too easy. I would rate it 5 stars!

Magyk is a good book, and this is what its all about!

There is this man named Silas Heap he married Sarah. Silas was the 7th son so on the night when the 7th son of the 7th son(Silas) was born, the midwife said that he was dead. that exact same night, Silas was walking in the snow and he found this baby girl she had beautiful violet eyes.

Silas and Sarah Heap took in the baby girl and raised her as their daughter, her name was Jenna. Soon, they find out that she was the Queens daughter but the bad news was the Queen was shot by an assassin, and they were now finding Jenna, so they go on all sort of adventures travelling from their cozy home to their Aunt Zelda's cottage while bringing along a boy from the young army. That boys "name" was Boy 412. It all tuns that Dom-Daniel the ex-extra ordinary wizard the wizard that jumped off a tower, came back and wanted the throne and the extra ordinary wizard amulet back from the new extra ordinary wizard but in the end. Boy 412 turns out to be Septimus heap but not only that, Marcia lets him be her Extra ordinary wizard apprentice! He was really happy. Jenna learnt the ways of the castle and thought that the young army was cruel and forbid it.

I would give Magyk 5 stars as this is the best book I have ever ridden!
